We believe our clients have the best understanding of their family, and so, we honor and respect their wishes and confirm their personalized and customized design before any signing of documents with our fiduciary confirmations and beneficiary confirmations. Furthermore, we gather information on each clients' finances so that we can offer services on probate avoidance and provide an accurate representation of our clients' goals and wishes. Our clients expect and deserve high quality, legally sound, personalized and customized estate plans, and plans that are designed and delivered by someone who cares.

Meet Attorney Jessica Sippel - Owner

Jessica's primary area of law practice is estate planning, probate, trust administration, and real estate. She advises and counsels clients in estate and tax planning for multi-million dollar estates as well as clients who have smaller estates. She has been an active educator and speaker for private families, financial planners and accountants and welcomes any opportunity to share the importance of estate planning with her professional and community fellows. Ms. Sippel presently is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association, Financial Planning Association, Association for Women Lawyers, and the Association for Marquette University Women.

Jessica Sippel (Wolff) grew up in Waterford, WI. She attended St. Thomas Aquinas and Catholic Central High School. She graduated cum laude from Marquette University in three years with duo majors in French Literature and English Literature. She then went on to receive her law degree at Marquette University Law School in 2011. She is married to her high school sweetheart Brian Sippel (also a Burlington native) and together they have three children, Jude, Natalie and Violette. She enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, singing, playing piano, sustainable and organic living practices and the outdoors.


Meet Attorney Kimberly Adams - Associate

Kimberly's primary areas of law practice are estate planning and guardianships.  Prior to joining Sippel Law, Kimberly ran her own solo law firm, focusing on family law, mediation and guardian ad litem work.  She grew up in a blended family, and she and her husband are raising four boys in a blended family.  She brings her personal and work expertise to the table when navigating estate planning.  

Kimberly is a Christian attorney who grew up in Waterford, Wisconsin.  After graduating high school, she lived, learned and worked all over the world including Georgia, India, Scotland, and Oregon before returning to Wisconsin to practice law and raise a family.  She completed her BA in three years, graduating with honors before earning her law degree from Lewis & Clark in Portland, Oregon in 2013.  When not in the office, Kimberly enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking, writing, and watching her four boys pursue the things that bring them joy.  



Meet Attorney Jessica Brown - associate

Jessica’s primary areas of practice are estate planning, estate administration, and probate. Jessica started her legal career practicing family law, primarily assisting families in post-judgment divorce and paternity matters. Her background in family law has shaped the way she approaches and handles difficult matters—with compassion and a focus on maintaining her client’s dignity. Jessica is passionate about assisting families in estate planning and estate administration and enjoys providing relief for her clients. She is a current member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. 

Jessica was born and raised in Waukesha, Wisconsin. She is a double Marquette University graduate, graduating magna cum laude with an honors Writing-Intensive English and English Literature degree in 2020 and again with her law degree in 2023. While in law school, Jessica interned with the Legal Aid Society’s Guardian ad Litem Division and clerked at Milwaukee-area family law firms. She was also inducted into the Pro Bono Honors Society for volunteering over 120 hours with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic. While not at work, Jessica enjoys going up north, being outside, and spending time with her boyfriend, Jackson, and her beloved cat, Duck.
